Today we were hiit with group A. Mataio and Tiava were amazing they were showing us an example about how to do the warm ups. The warm up we had to do was walking on the spot, running in the spot, Star jumps and jogging in the spot. Then we first did mountain climber, High knees sprint tap steps Star Jumps and Push ups. What I hard was doing the push up but I managed to do it on my kneed but legs crossed.
